Ghosted asks ChatGPT and Claude the questions a customer would type, records whether a business is named and who is named instead, runs eleven technical checks on the site, and hands over the files that close each gap.

Owners of small businesses (clinics, shops, trades, studios) who have no marketing team and no interest in becoming one.

What it does not promise
Nobody controls what an assistant says, and we do not claim to. We do not post, submit or email anything on a customer's behalf. Checks that fail on our side are excluded from scoring rather than counted as a miss. Scores are published as ranges, never single numbers, because the assistants disagree with each other.
