A small team in Sofia. We run a retail business of our own, watched AI assistants start recommending competitors instead of us, and found that every tool measuring this was built for brand teams with an agency attached. Nothing existed for the shop, the clinic or the studio that actually loses the customer.

So Ghosted does the part those tools skip. It asks the assistants the questions your customers ask, shows you the answers word for word, and then prepares the work: the files, the pages, the listings. You publish them, and the next check proves whether it moved.

We are not going to pretend anyone controls what an AI says. What you can change is the evidence it reads about you, and that is what we work on together.
